The body of a woman ensures the continuation of humanity.
I am now in a time of change,
where I am swaying back and forth.
It is sometimes blurry, painful, and yet very alive.
I live, feeling my way through the misty forest, surrounded by fog.
But sometimes sunlight appears, and in that light, I see colors and life.
Can you see the light that faintly dwells in the cloud forest that lingers within me?
I dedicate this to all women.
"Cloud forests" refer to forests found in high mountain and humid regions, where fog and clouds constantly seep in. They are located in areas of high elevation and high humidity, where the moisture is maintained by low-hanging clouds and fog. As a result, a unique ecosystem has developed, home to many rare plants and animals.

女性の体は人類の繁殖のためにいろいろと忙しい。
私は今、揺らぎの時を彷徨っている。 それは苦痛だったり、ぼやけたり、時々活気。
私は今 Nebelwaldの中で、手さぐりで霧の中を生きる。
時々、現れる日差し、その中に見えた色、生命。
ぼんやりと佇む私の中に棲みつくNebelwaldに光が見えますか。

「雲霧林(うんむりん)」とは、常に霧や雲が漂う高山や湿潤地域に見られる森林 のことを指します。英語では「cloud forest」と呼ばれ、標高が高く湿度が高い地 域に位置し、低い雲や霧によって常に湿度が保たれています。これにより、独特の 生態系が発達し、多くの珍しい植物や動物が生息しています。
I am now in a time of change,

We live in a world where it matters to us, what image others have of us, how they see us.Especially in my native Japan, the maintenance of "normality" is important. The "normal" day, the "normal" person, the "normal" clothing.
But, what is normal?
We are all different, and diversity is something beautiful. Although we look similar: a head, a trunk, two legs and two arms. But under the “peel”, inside we are as different as my Waquita bananas.
Are you shy or cosmopolitan, blue, black or golden? Are you a happy or a serious person?
Stand to your heart and appreciate the diversity of the others - as with my Waquitas.

Wir leben in einer Welt, in der es uns wichtig ist, welches Bild andere von uns haben, wie sie uns sehen.
Besonders in meinem Heimatland Japan, ist die Aufrechterhaltung der "Normalität" wichtig. Der "normale" Tag, der "normale" Mensch, die "normale" Kleidung.
Aber, was ist normal?
Wir all sind verschieden, und Vielfalt ist etwas Schönes. Wir sehen zwar ähnlich aus: ein Kopf, ein Rumpf, zwei Beine und zwei Arme. Aber unter der "Schale", im Innern sind wir doch so verschieden wie meine Waquita Bananen.
Bist Du schüchtern oder weltoffen, blau, schwarz oder golden? Bist Du ein fröhlicher oder eher ein ernster Mensch?
Stehe zu Deinem Inneren und schätze die Vielfalt bei den anderen – wie bei meinen Waquitas.

私たちはいつも外見を気にして生きています。（個人差はあるけどね）特に私が生まれ育った国、日本は「出る釘は打たれる」ってことわざがあるように、 ”普通” でいる事、なるべく目立たない事が良しとされている風潮があります。普通の日々、普通の人、普通の服…でもさ、普通ってなんだろう。
私たち一人一人違う人間で、それがいい。外見は普通でも、（そうしなくちゃいけなくても）私のバナナみたいに、中身はみんなとっても個性的。
君は恥ずかしがり屋さん、それとも目立ちたがり？青い気分、黒い気分それとも今日は金色かな？
みんなと違うことにもっと自信を持って。− “Waquita” ばなな みたいにね。
